Richard Snow, CEO of Financial Empowerment for Minorities, LLC., is a banking and finance professional with 10 years of experience in the fields of Business Management, Business Development, Event Planning, Marketing and Public Relations. Mr. Snow utilizes these skills to develop and maintain new and existing consumer, corporate and small business financial relationships. Richard received a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from Eastern University in August 2007. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. During his time at Edinboro University, Richard was the Public Relation/Promotion Director for Edinboro News Network and WFSE 88.9. Under the mentorship of Loraine Ballard Morrill, he honed his public relations, marketing and sales skills at Philadelphia’s WUSL Power 99FM as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. As a manager at Citigroup, Citizens Financial Group and Commerce Bank, Richard has managed branches with revenue earnings of $400 million and developed over $80 million in new business. Mr. Snow is a strong advocate of leadership development and financial education. He champions this cause by conducting monthly Financial Education Seminars. By working with financial institutions, non-profit and corporate entities such as Philadelphia Early Headstart, Philadelphia Futures, USA Careers, H&R Block and University of Penn Hospital, he is helping to empower the Philadelphia community. Richard was born in Frankfurt, Germany and raised in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a member and co-founder of Eastern University’s MBA Mentoring program. Mr. Snow is also a founding member of United Brothers of Edinboro, a program geared towards the retention and graduation of African American men in undergraduate degree programs.  Richard gives generously of his time to the community by volunteering with the Logan Community Development Corporation and by serving as Fundraising Chairperson for the National Black MBA Association (Philadelphia Chapter).  Currently, Richard Snow is a Branch Manager / Assistant Vice President with PNC Bank. He and his wife, Denise Marie Snow reside in the Mount Airy section of Philadelphia and are devoted members of Sharon Baptist Church.
